The Faculty of Arts and Humanities (FAH) of the University of Macau is seeking to appoint a Full / Associate Professor of Portuguese in the Department of Portuguese. Full / Associate Professor of Portuguese

We are seeking to make an appointment in relevant areas of translation studies, linguistics, Chinese-Occident cultural studies or Portuguese literature studies. Applicant should have an excellent record of internationally recognised research and publication and a demonstrated potential for outstanding research.

The University of Macau is a public university that offers instruction to about 10,000 students in 130 bachelor’s, master’s, PhD, and other programmes through 10 faculties and institutes. English is the main medium of instruction while some special programmes being taught in Chinese, Portuguese or Japanese.
